Ray tracing, DLSS and other RTX features are now compatible with ARM processors. NVIDIA announced this at the GDC 2021 Developer Conference. Two demos were shown for demonstration:
- Wolfenstein : Youngblood Ray Traced DLSS
- The Bistro with ray tracing, RTXDI and NRD.
Both shows were powered by a MediaTek Kompanio 1200 processor along with an RTX 3060.
It is possible that the introduction happened largely for the unannounced Nintendo Switch Pro. According to rumors, it just implements DLSS support to improve picture quality and performance.
