Halo Infinite will offer Big Team Battle with even more players than in the past
Halo Infinite will feature Big Team Battle category game modes , which will include more players than ever before. 343 Industries has in fact revealed that with the new game it will be possible to create matches of 12 vs 12 , or eight more than the old 8 vs 8.
This is an important change for Halo Infinite, because it means that the Big Team Battle modes will be designed around a more dynamic and chaotic gameplay , given the greater number of players on the map. Obviously there will be no lack of Arena modes that will focus on 8-player battles (4 vs 4 or free-for-all).
Halo Infinite’s Big Team Battle modes will also include new ways to obtain weapons and vehicles . Like previous Halo games, all players will start with the same equipment and will have to find new weapons on the map. A new element, however, is the fact that the weapons will be supplied within the map thanks to the pods. Vehicles will be added to the map with a notice so players are notified.
Finally, remember that the Halo Infinite multiplayer will be a free to play , playable separately from the paid single player campaign. The game will support 120 FPS on Xbox Series X | S and high-end PCs. The shooter will also be released on Xbox One and will arrive on Game Pass since D1.
