Aniplex and CyberConnect2 are continuing to update us on a regular basis on the new entries of the Demon Slayer roster : Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles , however the launch date of the fighting game inspired by the homonymous manga by Koyoharu Gotōge has not yet been released.
Although there were no announcements, the game’s launch window also emerged thanks to the material present inside the packaging of the Demon Slayer Blu-ray : Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie – Mugen Train , a film that follows the animated series of the 2019. Here it is in fact specified that the CyberConnect2 fighting game will be launched on the Japanese market starting from October in the formats PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. We know that Aniplex has started work on an English translation of the game for the distribution of the title in other regions of Asia, but in this case there is no time indication.
There is currently no update regarding the eventual arrival of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles in North America and Europe. The fact that Aniplex has invested in an English translation, in any case, leaves hope for the arrival of the fighting game in the West. Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles, also known in Japan with the subtitle Hinokami Kepputan, will be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Aniplex will publish the game in Japan in October 2021
