In 2013 came out Monsters University, prequel of Monsters, Inc. which evokes the youth of Bob and Sully at the university. Now it’s the turn of a series, Monsters At Work, to complete the universe of these Pixar heroes who marked our childhood. The events take place six months after the events of the film released in 2001, when the city of Monstropolis is now supplied with electricity by laughter, and no longer by fear. We will follow the adventures of Tylor Tuskmon, a mechanic who has always dreamed of joining the department of terror, and who discovers that it has been replaced by laughter.
Rob Gibbs, a mainstay of Disney and Pixar, who died in 2020, directed the first episode of Monsters At Work, while the series was developed by Bobs Gannaway, producer of Mickey’s house and director of Tinker Bell and the Secret of the Fairies. On the other hand, the director of Monsters, Inc. did not take over, but in the meantime has notably managed Vice versa and Drunk. The series is scheduled for Wednesday July 2 on Disney +, and as much to say that we can not wait to find one of the most adorable bands of monsters in cinema! Before seeing Monsters At Work on their screens, lovers of Pixar studios will have been able to discover Luca on Disney + which recently unveiled its trailer.
