The race of Kevin Spacey changed forever at the end of October 2017. It was then that he was accused of sexual harassment by the actor Anthony Rapp, to which they were added several time later. Hollywood decided to make him empty and since then he has not participated in any film – although he did have time to hang out with a tuna from Seville – but that has just changed with his signing for ‘L’uomo Che Disegno Dio’.
A blind artist of great skill
The film will tell the story of a blind artist who develops the prodigious ability to make portraits of people based only on their voices, which ends up catapulting him to fame. Spacey will have a small role playing a policeman, while his cast also features Vanessa Redgrave and Franco Nero.
In fact, ‘L’uomo Che Disegno Dio’ will be directed by Nero himself, Redgrave’s husband in real life and whom many will remember for giving life to the protagonist of the mythical ‘Django’, and more recently we could also see him in ‘ Django Unchained ‘or’ John Wick: Blood Pact ‘. The actor himself wanted to make it clear why I was looking forward to working with Spacey:
I am very happy that Kevin has agreed to participate in my film. I consider him to be a great actor and I can’t wait to start the movie.
The movie will be shot in Italy but there is still no date announced for the start of the recordings. Meanwhile, Spacey has not yet been convicted of any of the accusations made against him. Some cases remained in progress, but there are others that are still underway.
