Over the weekend an unknown Turkish account called “Rockstar Türkiye” (@rockstarturk on Twitter) released an alleged map of GTA 6 also comparing it (partially) with that of GTA V, in reality, however, there are few doubts about the nature of the image.
Almost certainly this is a completely false map even according to the comments that appeared under the same Tweet, the account also had already shared a fake map (but different from the one republished over the weekend) exactly one year ago, in May 2020.
It is good to clarify how the profile in question has nothing to do with Rockstar Games , it is not a social channel of the Turkish division of Rockstar and the reliability of the source seems to be rather low, having published only images over the months. and artwork later recognized as fake or amateur.
This obviously does not mean that the map in question cannot be real but the probabilities seem to be very low, as agreed also by those who spoke in the comments to the Tweet. Last week a leak revealed the map of GTA 6 proposing numerous details that would suggest the concrete possibility that the new Grand Theft Auto is set in Vice City, even in this case, however, no confirmation from Rockstar Games.
According to various rumours, GTA 6 will only be announced in 2022 or 2023, with the company currently engaged in next-gen versions of GTA V, still without a launch date.
