Homelander has not said his last word on this first image from the set of The Boys season 3!
This is the news all fans have been waiting for! Two months after Jack Quaid (Hughie) announced the start of filming on The Boys season 3 in pictures, it’s the showrunner’s turn to reveal some info. Indeed, while the production of the next episodes of the Amazon Prime show is currently in full swing in Canada, Eric Kripke shared on Twitter the very first official photo of future episodes. The opportunity to offer fans, eager to discover the sequel, a preview of what they can expect. While allowing them to continue to theorize the wildest hypotheses on the future of Hughie, Billy Butcher and the Seven.
And the least we can say is that the showrunner of The Boys has the art and the way to tease the fans! And for good reason, it is a particularly enigmatic and intriguing photo that the latter shared. It is indeed a gigantic statue of gold color representing Homelander and positioned in front of a large flag of the United States. A statue which is strangely reminiscent of those distributed at the Oscars ceremonies. Could it then be that the former leader of the Seven, who fell out of favor after the discovery of Stormfront’s Nazi past, has found a way to return to the limelight? It is a possibility not to be ruled out! Especially since the disturbing revelations made by Antony Starr and Eric Krike about the fate of Homelander in season 3 of The Boys. The suspense goes up a notch!
