No news and with the pandemic slowing things down (from a already looooong dev cycle) I bet it’s going to be pushed a bit late into 2021 at best.
I remember first seeing this game on Reddit at *least* 5 years ago; Back then, I think the trailer just showed a cat wandering around Kowloon Walled City, without the sci-fi setting. After waiting and waiting with no news, I figured it was just vaporware, so I was surprised when this trailer dropped.
Anyways, I haven’t heard anything new, but I think its still coming eventually. Hopefully it ends up being pretty good.
Even if it just ends up being a simple “walking simulator” type of exploration game, that would be great to me.

Here’s some of the original gameplay.
I’d love a remake of “A Dog’s Life” from PS2
Dogs rule Cats drool!
lmao I thought it was at *least* gameplay trailer. this is either scrapped or still very early in dev.
It’s till coming, been listed for PS5 and PC. There is a steam page for it but it’s going to b a while before we see the game. As an owner of multiple cats I am looking forward to play this.
Oh yes! Was searching for this game months ago but forgot the name. Looks so interesting. I need this.
That looks interesting, I’ve thought for a long time someone should make a cat exploration game… but I wish we were less harshly critical when a game has anything less than the most advanced animation for people, so that indie developers wouldn’t have to sidestep the issue with these contrived robot settings.
Is that motherfucking Kowloon Walled City?
2021, don’t expect any news until shortly befor launch. This isn’t a CP2077 hype and lie machine.
Okay OP in the meantime I found something to tide you over:
