A developer’s LinkedIn profile had sparked rumors about its possible cancellation.

There is no month without his rumor about the development of Halo Infinite, and its subsequent denial by 343 Industries. On this occasion, the LinkedIn profile of an employee of the study had unleashed the rumors about the possible cancellation of Xbox One version This game, which we remember, was originally going to be published in November of this year together with the premiere of Xbox Series X. Of course, and given the unreliability of the information, in 3D Games we did not echo the rumor.

And view the short answer giving 343 Industries to this story, it seems the studio is tired of these rumors. Via Twitter (via WCCFTech), a fan of the series asks John junyszek if the Xbox One version of the game is to be canceled, to which the Halo Community Director simply answer “no”, before jokingly continuing: “Please let me enjoy the holidays.”

This is not the first time that someone from 343 Industries has publicly disproved the rumors surrounding the Halo Infinite development. In August of this year, Junyszek already had to deny that the game had been delayed until 2022 and, again, that he dispensed with Xbox One. A single month later, Brian Jarrad did the same following several listings about the game, denying that the studio had already specified a new release date for Halo Infinite.

And this month, Jarrad again came out on the networks to deny the rumors about the inclusion of a battle royale mode in the game, with clear boredom in his words. At the moment, what is confirmed by the study is that Halo Infinite will arrive in the fall of 2021, with versions for Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC. And it will do so after giving Craig a major makeover, despite the fact that the Brute from the July demo has already become an icon within the Xbox team.
