Those who sell on Amazon you should know by heart. I mean the costs associated with selling your products on Amazon. When you do FBA one of the main costs is not what people might think. The biggest cost is the logistics costs and not the 15% commission. It is calculated based on the size and weight of the product.

The bigger and heavier a product, the more you pay for each shipment. Added to this are the monthly storage costs. Something very similar applies here. The bigger and heavier, the more you pay, lest you have a product with a very good turnover that comes in and out quickly.

Here comes the trick to roll me more.

Reduce the size of the product packaging. Sometimes the logistics cost is reduced by 50%. We recently applied it to a client and were able to lower it by almost 3 euros for each sale. It is a very relevant quantity given that it is a product that has hundreds of sales every month. With that advice we have already earned what we charge each month.

The good thing about this trick is that sometimes you just have to reduce the dimensions by 1-2 cm to get into the lower cost category. It is not something linear but they are steps. If you are already selling on Amazon, go through your list of products. You will surely find significant savings potential.
