At the start, no one would have bet on Inès Loucif . The 26-year-old nurse was not the strongest during the tests nor the most active on the camp, a situation that annoyed many viewers who followed assiduouslyKoh-Lanta 2020 . However, she went to the final against the hero Claude Dartois and his friend Naoil Tita , and she stayed more than two hours on his post. Asked byTélé Loisirs , she made revelations about this ordeal and her experience in Fiji.

It’s no secret that Koh-Lanta is an adventure that puts the body to the test. In addition to not eating their fill, adventurers must win sometimes very physical tests to hope to have a little more comfort or to be immunized for the Council. Some candidates therefore do not see their adventure continue because of a medical abandonment. This was particularly the case of Sara who was injured during a game or Alexandra, who had a big drop in blood pressure during the orientation test. And we didn’t know it, but Inès’ body also dropped during filming. “It was complicated at times. For two weeks, my neck was blocked every morning, Naoil was forced to give me massages to relieve the pain. I also had two dehydrations and a feeling of discomfort coming back from a boat test, “she revealed to our colleagues. Fortunately for her, her body took the blows and allowed her to hold out until the A strength and a mentality which make her say that she deserved her place as a finalist, contrary to what some internet users have been able to say .

Until the end, his body will still have frightened him. During the post test, Inès believed that she would not emerge unscathed: ” From the start, I had a big feeling of vertigo and, discovering the small waves under the post, I said it was going to be complicated. Having no real balance, I managed to stabilize myself by fixing a point in the water. The more the minutes passed and with the sun, I had some kind of hallucinations, I saw the sand move, my vision changed and it was very impressive! “
